Mario Rosati

Mario Rosati is a Partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mario specializes in corporate law, especially as it relates to technology companies. He is an ex officio member of the firm's board of directors and currently serves as the managing partner of WS Investments, an investment partnership composed of the partners and associates of the firm. WS Investments has invested in a number of emerging corporations over the years.
Since 1995, Mario has been an adjunct professor at the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where he teaches new venture finance.
Mario has sat as a judge pro-tem in the San Mateo County Superior Court in the State of California. He also participated in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Task Force to the office of the President Elect, Ronald Reagan.
Mario is a director of several public and privately held companies.
Mario holds a J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a B.A. in History.
